The platform is mainly aimed at intermediate players who feel they have reached a plateau and want to break through it. Players who want to feel more free, confident, and creative on the instrument.

That being said, our courses are very thorough. We break things down clearly, starting from the basics and gradually moving into more advanced concepts. So whether you are a beginner with a strong urge to learn, an intermediate player looking for direction, or an advanced player wanting to go deeper, you will be able to find your place inside MIAGO.

Hiring a private tutor can be expensive, and not every teacher covers every style or area of guitar playing. Some teachers may be amazing in one genre, but less focused on other important skills.

When you buy a single course, that’s all you have access to. 

When you buy a subscription, you get access to courses that are included with the subscription level you are subscribed to, and in addition, you get a lot of extra goodies such as The Gym, the Pocket Music Library and Member-only streams and webinars. We keep adding new content and new functionality for subscribers all the time.

And to top it all, we’ve made our subscription prices so low that it’s a total no-brainer for any serious student of guitar playing.

In regular cases you only need to commit one month at a time, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue till the end of the subscription period you have paid for.

Occasionally, if we release an offer for a different period, then you’d be committing to that period. For example, in the case of an annual subscription offer, you’d be buying one year at a time. You can still cancel at any time, and your access will continue till the end of the subscription period you have paid for.

When we offer a free trial, you’ll get full access to the products that are offered on trial as if you are a fully paid up subscriber for the entire period of the trial. After the trail period ends, we will charge your payment method. If you cancel your trial during the trial period, you will not be charged.

Note that you can only have a trial for one product once. The next time you try to buy the product, you will have to pay at the time of purchase; there will be no second trial available. 

We’d like you to stay with us because you enjoy our content and community, not because we locked you in with some small print. We do not believe in locking customers in. You can easily cancel any subscriptions at any time from your account panel. The cancellation of any subscription is immediate, so we will not charge you for that subscription once you have cancelled. You will continue to have access to the product until the last day of the period that you have aleady paid for.

We offer a free trial for some of our subscriptions, which we think is more than enough for anyone to “test the waters”, so to speak.

For courses, we offer a free peek with highlights, the full list of modules in a coourse and free access to one full module, so you know exactly what you’ll be getting before you buy a course.

We feel this is a fair balance, so we do not offer any refunds.
